What is a natural health consultant?

A natural health consultant is a guide who provides information about natural therapies for chronic illnesses and exposure to environmental toxins. He or she is not a physician and does not offer medical diagnoses or treatments, but rather gives a client the understanding of medical diagnoses and natural remedies, and thus provides the means for making truly informed decisions about health issues.

Do you need a natural health consultant? You may make that decision by asking yourself the following questions:

• Do you or members of your family have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, AIDS, or some other chronic illness?

• Are you dissatisfied with standard medical treatment plans or the side effects of pharmaceutical drugs?

• Do you often feel ill with no specific diagnosis?

• Do you believe that you been exposed to toxic chemicals or to a highly polluted environment at work, at home, or in your community?

• Are you currently healthy and seeking to maintain your health?

• Are you an employer concerned about rising health costs and absenteeism?

Personal health consulting for chronic illness

Jonathan Campbell can help you with chronic health problems or help you to overcome the effects of exposure to environmental toxins. During a consulting session, which may occur over the telephone, by e-mail, or in person (in the Greater Boston area), he will provide you with information about proven natural therapies, nutritional regimens, and testing protocols. Jonathan can advise you about how to talk with your primary care physician or can help you to locate a physician or other health provider who is supportive of natural therapies. By providing this information he will enable you to take charge of your health.

What can I expect from a consulting session?

Jonathan will advise you on a course of action based on scientific research and clinical case studies. You may then make your own decision as to how to proceed, with the option of one or more follow-up sessions, while continuing under the care of your primary health provider. Jonathan can also provide information about alternative and complementary health practitioners and medical centers in your area.
